Free Shipping
DRIXX offers free shipping on all orders to the destinations we serve.
Order Preparation
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
• United Kingdom: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Other supported countries: up to 15 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact drixx.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Please include clear photos and, where helpful, a short video demonstrating the problem. If the issue cannot be shown in photos or video, let us know so we can arrange another way to assess it.
Once we confirm that a refund is appropriate, DRIXX will issue it to your original payment method without requiring you to return the item. We will process agreed refunds without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. Your payment provider may need additional time to credit your account.
This process does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable rights to cancellation, repair, replacement or refund.
